You decide whether each request is suitable
A customer may send you a Standard, Urgent or Priority request. That tells you how they want the request handled, but it does not oblige you to accept the work.
Read the job details first. If it is suitable, accept the request and they can pay the Platform Connection Fee to open messaging. If it is not suitable, decline it.

Simple checks, clear purpose
Silver Skills is for small practical jobs and local connection requests. Once you join, your portal gives you the detailed member rules, request statuses and payment records.
Small-job focus
Silver Skills is not for emergency repairs, major building work or regulated work unless you are legally qualified to offer it.

Your exact home address, postal code and ID information are not shown on public profiles or maps.
